Divorce

The Firm may intervene in cases of change of civil status (change of name or surname), divorce proceedings, application for support and child custody.

There are different types of divorce in France : divorce litigation requiring the intervention of a judge and divorce by mutual consent, recently reformed by the  Act of November 18, 2016.
